Essential Responsibilities

- General administrative and office management
- Daily clerical support
- Answer and manage corporate telephone system
- Project / Resource Coordination
- Travel coordination
- Assistance w/ client proposals
- Creating/generating letters, memos, agendas and client proposals
- Proof written documents for grammatical errors
- Office supply management
- Records management
- Concierge services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- This person must be very professional, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Able to interact with ALL levels of management and clients
- Able to juggle numerous projects at once, thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and a quick study
- Previous experience with MS Office products as HEAVY use in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement
- Good command of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and document management is preferred
